The mother ordered athletic glasses for the daughter on 9/5/as stated She could not see through them when came to pick them up I gave her several tasks and we discovered she could not see out of her existing glasses by the same RX either That Rx was from Dr [redacted] in [redacted] , NC and was dated 10/2/ The mother then took her to Dr [redacted] on 10/7/ She ordered progressive lenses here on 10/7/for the child I was sure Dr [redacted] was wanting a lined bifocal instead I talked with the Tech at Dr***'s office on 10/9/and confirmed the need for the lined bifocal I called the Mom and explained where we were with the order for the streetwear and that we would make the streetwear first and put the athletic eyewear on hold to confirm this new Rx was correct as it was very different from the first one from Dr*** She was in agreement We ordered specialty lenses for the streetwear and we had to receive them and send off for anti-glare treatment She received the new Rx and it was correct 10/ We reordered the athletic eyewear that day after confirming the Rx was correct Our wholesale lab that makes the athletic eyewear for us had ruined the original frame from SeptemberWe ordered a new one on 10/ It had a defect and we had another shipped in It too was defectiveWe worked all day with the manufacturer on 11/and they found one that passed and overnighted it to us I texted the mother on 11/what had happened and that we would have the new frame on Monday I never got a response It arrived, but I was out of town on Monday and Tuesday I delivered the athletic eyewear on 11/to the patient's home I delivered a check for a full refund as indeed, all of the defective frames should not be the patient's problem I also picked up another streetwear frame and put another pair of new lenses in them and delivered them to their house that same evening of 11/26/at no charge (she had a credit of $from the first streetwear pair and a balance due of $116.60.) In our industry, when a patient brings two prescriptions from two doctors, that is two full charges We never charged that and gave full credit even though the she had seen another doctor nearly a year laterThe complaint mentions nothing of the new Rx or the delay in that time frame from the original completion of the athletic eyewear and the new Rx from the new Doctor Nor does she mention the agreement to wait til the streetwear is completed and tried before proceeding with the athletic eyewear order We also had seen the Mother as an exam patient in our office and made glasses for her in the interim with no hitch I do see that the complaint is from her husband, not from her I have had one other complaint in twenty years in this county It too was from multiple Rxs and was dispelled by the Revdex.com Please notify me if any other information is needed to strike this from my records Thank you! The mother ordered athletic glasses for the daughter on 9/5/2014 as stated.  She could not see through them when came to pick them up.  I gave her several tasks and we discovered she could not see out of her existing glasses by the same RX either.  That Rx was from Dr. [redacted] in...

[redacted], NC and was dated 10/2/2013.  The mother then took her to Dr. [redacted] on 10/7/2014.
She ordered progressive lenses here on 10/7/2014 for the child.  I was sure Dr. [redacted] was wanting a lined bifocal instead.  I talked with the Tech at Dr. [redacted]'s office on 10/9/2014 and confirmed the need for the lined bifocal.  I called the Mom and explained where we were with the order for the streetwear and that we would make the streetwear first and put the athletic eyewear on hold to confirm this new Rx was correct as it was very different from the first one from  Dr. [redacted].  She was in agreement.  We ordered specialty lenses for the streetwear and we had to receive them and send off for anti-glare treatment.  She received the new Rx and it was correct 10/26.
We reordered the athletic eyewear that day after confirming the Rx was correct.  Our wholesale lab that makes the athletic eyewear for us had ruined the original frame from September. We ordered a new one on 10/16.  It had a defect and we had another shipped in.  It too was defective. We worked all day with the manufacturer on 11/21 and they found one that passed and overnighted it to us.  I texted the mother on 11/21 what had happened and that we would have the new frame on Monday.  I never got a response.  It arrived, but I was out of town on Monday and Tuesday.  I delivered the athletic eyewear on 11/26 to the patient's home.  I delivered a check for a full refund as indeed, all of the defective frames should not be the patient's problem.  I also picked up another streetwear frame and put another pair of new lenses in them and delivered them to their house that same evening of 11/26/2014 at no charge (she had a credit of $212.00 from the first streetwear pair and a balance due of $116.60.)
In our industry, when a patient brings two prescriptions from two doctors, that is two full charges.  We never charged that and gave full credit even though the she had seen another doctor nearly a year later. The complaint mentions nothing of the new Rx or the delay in that time frame from the original completion of the athletic eyewear and the new Rx from the new Doctor.  Nor does she mention the agreement to wait til the streetwear is completed and tried before proceeding with the athletic eyewear order.
We also had seen the Mother as an exam patient in our office and made glasses for her in the interim with no hitch.  I do see that the complaint is from her husband, not from her.  I have had one other complaint in twenty years in this county.  It too was from multiple Rxs and was dispelled by the Revdex.com.  Please notify me if any other information is needed to strike this from my records.  Thank you!
