Medical Office of Carlo Filiaci, MD

Review: The receptionist at this office made my appointment in a rush. In doing so she failed to mention any cancellation policy for the appointment. This is understandable since the appointment was for that afternoon. I missed the appointment and called immediately to reschedule and she demanded money per a policy that was never explained to me. She acted very unprofessionally in the situation and her behavior is dangerous given the field of medicine that she is working in. There is no record of our conversation but when I mentioned that I had not received the information about the cancellation policy she raised her voice, made inappropriate accusations, and rushed me out the door.Desired Settlement: Even though I found the [redacted] behavior to be appalling, I am interested in the medical service. Therefore, I would like to be treated by [redacted] without being penalized for the first appointment.
