Review: Mr. [redacted] indicated each month after submitting his medical prescriptions, orders are not delivered on expected delivery dates. Prescriptions are delivered one month past expected delivery dates. Mr. [redacted] mentioned company continues to deliver prescriptions late for over 6 months and late arrival of prescriptions delays important daily medical care.Desired Settlement: Delivery of medical prescription products on time.

Thank you for bringing to my attention the concern Mr [redacted] had . I have spoken with him and it seems he was a little confused about how he was to order his supplies. He didn't know if he was to mail his request or telephone his order in . Then he said [redacted] told him about a year ago that we would call him to get his order . He has been getting his order just fine with the procedure we have in place, the last shipment that we had for him was April of this year. I went over the procedure with Mr [redacted] and he was good with it, he also went ahead and placed his order for the month. We have resolved the problem and all parties are good with the out come.
