To whom it may concern,Thank you for taking time to notify us of recent unsatisfactory experience with our office.We are taking every action possible to make sure are clients are satisfy with our services.On October 14, Mrs.*** come in for an appointment to our office when wespoke to her on
the phone before her appointment we have informed her that she hasback balance of $because her insurance did not make any paymentsWe spoke toMrs*** on 7/12/and 8/12/informed her that she needs to call herinsurance company and our billing company to see where the problem is so the issue canget resolved and we can continue to provide her careWhen Mrs*** come in10/14/our receptionist informed her again of balance and our office policy, that ifanyone owns more then $we cant see them unless it is taken care ofAt that pointMrs*** got upset and told our receptionist that she "does not care it is not her job topay us and that she will be seen one way or another"At the time we also had otherpatients present in the waiting room Mrs*** started to yell at our staff, demandingto be seen, walked in and out of clinic slamming the doors of the office, other staffmembers tried to calm her down she was showing fingers to nurse using provocativelanguage in front of whole waiting room walked out again come back in ten minuteslater asking for doctor's cell number receptionist told her we are not allowed to give outthat information then she said "you all will see all of you will get in trouble watch out" atthat point nurse asked her to please leave the officeMrs*** left again called officetwenty minutes later stating everyone in the office is useless and that she will be making areport against us.If you have any other questions please dont hesitate to contact us,FatimaOffice Manager

Fatima provided verbal: She still owes $691.47 and we have resubmitted it to her insurance company and it has come back denied and the patient's responsibility to pay.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Consumer stated verbally on phone: The lady in the office was not nice to deal with. I have 2 insurance companies and confirmed with both all should be covered. They advised me that the doctor's office needed to provide the correct insurance information for the past due bill to be covered. I asked them to call and make sure it is covered, given I had a reaction at emergency room from medication, and needed to see doctor immediately.  I need to know why I still show bills and balance due when insurance company says it is covered.The bills need to be resubmitted to both insurance companies under the correct plan numbers and should be covered according to my insurance companies.  I will no longer bother to see this doctor, but I wish to have them resubmit my bills so there is no balance due. Please provide evidence of no balance due.
