July 29,2015To Whom It May Concern:I am writing in response to your letter to Medical Solutions Supplier dated July 24, involving our client, [redacted] and the complaint that she had filed on July 17,at 12:a.m.Without knowing that the complaint had been filed I contacted [redacted] on July 17,at 12:pm (EST) because it had come to my attention that she was not satisfiedI explained to her that customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we came to the following resolveI told her that we would return to her the $of her co-pay that she had paid us and that we would also refund any monies paid to her insurance provider, United Healthcare and that we would pick up the equipmentT asked her if she was satisfied with this resolve and she said that she was.We then took the following actions: [redacted] A check in the amount of $1,was sent to her insurance provider on 07/17/[redacted] A check in the amount of $was released to [redacted] on 07/24/[redacted] A box was shipped to [redacted] to be used to return the equipment with instructions for [redacted] to call me upon receipt of the box so that we could arrange for [redacted] to pick up the equipmentI spoke with [redacted] today to follow up with herShe told me that she had received an email from the Revdex.com notifying her that a letter had been sent to usShe told me that at that time she logged on to your website for the purpose of updating your agency that the issue had been resolved but that she was unable to do.I did call your office and leave a message requesting a return call regarding this matter.Is it possible for someone to contact me as to our next stepPlease do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.Cordially, Cynthia HHuman Resource Director

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received a check in the amount of $on 08-04- After speaking with Cynthia H*** she stated she sent *** *** ***/*** their portion of the money back which is $ I called *** and I spoke with Thabitha on 07-24-and she stated that they had not received the refund at the time of calling She also added to allow at least more weeks from date of call

filed I contacted [redacted] on July 17,2015 at 12:09 pm (EST) because it had come to my attention that she was not satisfied. I explained to her that customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we came to the following resolve. I told her that we would return to her the $781.00 of her co-pay that she had paid us and that we would also refund any monies paid to her insurance provider, United Healthcare and that we would pick up the equipment. T asked her if she was satisfied with this resolve and she said that she was.We then took the following actions:* A check in the amount of $1,589.12 was sent to her insurance provider on 07/17/15* A check in the amount of $871.00 was released to [redacted] on 07/24/15* A box was shipped to [redacted] to be used to return the equipment with instructions for [redacted] to call me upon receipt of the box so that we could arrange for [redacted] to pick up the equipmentI spoke with [redacted] today to follow up with her. She told me that she had received an email from the Revdex.com notifying her that a letter had been sent to us.
