Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. Reviews (3)

I have had MTBC service for less than six months. I am a medical practitioner who had used a private billing company for almost two decades until MTBC bought the company out. Since that time I have received no money collected on my behalf, no accounting of what they have been done, nor any idea who has paid and who has not. I cancelled their service in February and requested they return any deposit slips, as well as any endorsement stamp they might have. Naturally I requested a statement of who was billed and the amount of payment. I have received no response 3 weeks later.

Review: I am a previous costumer or MTBC. Because I was not happy with their services, I decided to change my billing company. I have an account with them with all the information about the patients how much they are billed , their payments and their balances. I do not have any access to the account since May 2014. I have contacted several times by email and by calling and asked MTBC to let me have access to the account. Each time they said they would do it and nothing happened. MTBC lawyer even stated that I should sing a paper that I do not have any relationship with them and then they are going to release the information but despite I singed the papers back in August of 2014 nothing happened.

I am losing money because of lack of access to the information and it seems no one cares. Always after the call some manager said he would call me the next day but no calls.

I do not know how they treat other customers but I am very unhappy with the services.Desired Settlement: please send me the information. MTBC has my fax, phone and email address

Review: Review: [redacted]Date Filed: 08.17.2015Response by MTBC dated: 09.18.2015Closed by Revdex.com: 09.29.2015 with the status "Answered"I took today off to reject MTBC's response but found the complaint was closed. The information provided by MTBC on the response was incorrect. The answer was filled with Red Herrings really, which is a logical tactic to avoid dealing with the real problem. Also MTBC's response borders on slander as restated in the quote below:"...on multiple occasions, hung up on our callers, failed to take their phone calls, and was abusive to our representatives."FACTS: We disconnected Conference Calls between our staff & MTBC's Billing Leaders because the MTBC billing leaders would not answer/address our questions, kept repeating answers unrelated to our questions, provided information not relevant to our request for service as an excuse for their errors, talked over us and would not listen to our questions. The man talked way too fast and with a heavy non-english accent and we could not understand him. We asked several times for this person to slow down and also allow for us to ask questions for clarification or interject information when relevant. But the person still did not listed so I said that I would disconnect the conference call if he did not listen and that "in America, it is considered very rude to over talk someone". Of course he kept talking the entire time that we tried to interject this or our various questions. After disconnecting the call MTBC called back and the whole thing started over again. We obviously weren't going to get anywhere. The last time we disconnected the call we said that we did not want to talk with these Billing Team Supervisors and that we wanted the call to be elevated to the CFO. MTBC's billing team called back and left messages and we didn't respond. We created a Customer Service Case informing them of the Revdex.com Complaint and that we'd communicate via the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: 1) An formal apology from MTBC for the slanderous comments in their Revdex.com response of 9.18.2015. The response should be dated and signed in the Revdex.com complaint.2) I would like to have an email exchange with the CEO/CFO to set up a phone call or have a meeting in our office to resolve these issues.3) I believe that billing compensations to help off set the financial loss is fair.
