This company is supposed to schedule rides to medical services for patients who need it. The employees are rude and unwilling to help you. Trying to speak to a supervisor is a joke. They will not get back to you. Employees will hang up on you if you call them out for being rude. Training needs improved greatly since each scheduler seems to follow a different process. Even they're website can not say anything good about them. Under testimonials it says a customer liked a friendly driver. MTBA does not do the driving, they are only the ones who schedule the ride. They're an annoying third party mucking up your plans. And it can mean missing a surgery or a dialysis treatment due to their incompetence.
