Our exchange policy is within days and is for another pre-owned CPO car of equal or lessor cost, if the customer decided to buy something more expensive then they pay the differenceThe client's wife looked at several cars which were priced up to $more, that is their choiceWith regards to the windshield it has small chips that have been filled to Mercedes Benz quality and minimum requirements for a used Certified carthe camera issue, we offered to pay more than half as the client now wants a rear camera which the car does not have and the client had agreed with my partner to pay $for a $cameraThat is the end of this, they either pay $for a $camera which is there choice, the car DOES NOT come with it standard, or do nothing, they are now past the days exchange policy for a car of equal or lessor costWe offer the exchange as a courtesy which we only have done twice this yearIf the client would commutate with his wife as she left and he did the entire transaction without her

I am rejecting this response because:It is very obviously the car dealer manager never admit the cheating sale behavior And the car dealer manager always want customer to pay more moneyThe Mercedes Benz US company is considering the complaint case and re-evaluate the dealership

The client was made aware that his card had expired before his appointment. When this client calls he is extremely rude to our incoming call center. When it was time for him to pay for his service, he was confrontational to our receptionist. He then asked to speak to a manager. The manager tried to... calmly speak with him, but the client engaged in vulgar behavior. He screamed derogatory names at the manager at an elevated tone. Fearing for the safety our employees, we asked him to leave. He has posted negative reviews on every platform possible to force us to honor the expired card. We think the respect and safety of our employees is a serious issue. We would have been more than happy to attempt to resolve the issue with Mr. [redacted] had not used such threatening behavior when he was here.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our records show that Ms*** spoke our company of March 28, and her service was cancelled as per her request. Her name has been removed from our database and we have notified all the publishers on her behalf to cease delivery
after the last label has been printed

Adjustments were made by the extended warranty company to cover the majority of the repair costs, and all additional costs incurred by the customer (including the deductible) were paid by the dealership. This issue has been resolved to the customer's satisfactionThank you

Hello,Mr*** originally came into our dealership on Sunday(9/27) to look at, and drive the vehicle that he eventually purchased on Monday(9/28). Additionally, Mr*** went overthe factory options (build sheet), and he physically looked over the vehicleand options again before completing the
purchase paperworkIn regards to thetwo rock chips on the windshield, they have been repaired to specifications.Since learning of Mr***’s complaints we have offered to either exchange vehicles(day CPO exchange policy) or split the cost to install a bacamera. Mr*** was happy with this offer per our phone conversation? Thank you

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our records show that Ms*** received these magazines in error. Due to a computer mistake, the subscriptions were sent to her for a few issues. Ms*** will not be charged nor responsible for any billing
charges for the issues she received. As per her request, we did submit a request for cancellation with all the publishers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have occurred for Ms***.Thank you for your time in this matter

Our exchange policy is within 7 days and is for another pre-owned CPO car of equal or lessor cost, if the customer decided to buy something more expensive then they pay the difference. The client's wife looked at several cars which were priced up to $5000 more, that is their choice. With regards to the windshield it has 2 small chips that have been filled to Mercedes Benz quality and minimum requirements for a used Certified car. the camera issue, we offered to pay more than half as the client now wants a rear camera which the car does not have and the client had agreed with my partner to pay $500 for a $1400 camera. That is the end of this, they either pay $500 for a $1400 camera which is there choice, the car DOES NOT come with it standard, or do nothing, they are now past the 7 days exchange policy for a car of equal or lessor cost. We offer the exchange as a courtesy which we only have done twice this year. If the client would commutate with his wife as she left and he did the entire transaction without her.
