Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the company violated the terms of the agreement by not providing the services at the time requested and was unorganized (I had to request the nurse to call the lab for my test results that were overdue by a week) I was told that I would receive a call when the drops were available; I received no such call Since [redacted] isn't there anymore, [redacted] only has the terms of the contract to rely on but is not even considering her employees (past employees' roles in invalidating the contract) The demand for the return of the balance of the deposit remains the desired outcome Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of the price that was offered, the program included a product that was not available and impacted the overall results of the entire programIf you order Spaghetti and meatballs and one day are served the Spaghetti and told the meatballs will be in next week that is not fulfilling what was purchased, even though the components could eventually be fulfilled. Please do the right thing and reimburse the amount paid as it is clear there was a problem of not having the product available and that had nothing to do with me.

It says I didn’t keep a food journal, but I did keep a record of thisI can provide a copy of this if need beThey kept track of it at their office as wellThey have not reached out to me directly at all concerning this complaint
They guaranteed I would lose lbs in a certain amount of time and I didn’t come anywhere near what they said and I did all that they suggestedI feel I am due a refundI would have never signed up for this program if I had known that I would not lose what they guaranteedAgain I went and followed everything they suggested and I did keep a record of my diet

Tell us why here...The package you purchased was a sixteen week Lifestyle Change Program. The 16-week Lifestyle Change Program package price is $1,400. You received a 50% discount on your program. Our Lifestyle Packages are never discounted at 50%. You received a great deal on your package.Typically, we receive two shipments for our AppTrim. The first one I understand was back-ordered and our second shipment was lost in transit. I would really like to get your issue resolved for you. According to your chart, the second bottle of AppTrim is all we owe you. All other products were used. We would be more than happy to refund you for that bottle of AppTrim ($75) or that second bottle is available in our clinic for you. Thank you,Medical Weight Loss
