ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI did contact Medical West on 8/9/to inquire about the refund because I had not received the check and the phone call I received on 8/1/from Medical West the caller reported the check would be sent out that day or the nextI did receive the check 8/14/by mail ( not pony express as I thought ) with a postmark of 8/11/and a date on the check of 8/9/So if I had been months delayed in paying this bill I would have been sent to collections The matter is over I will have to be desparate before I do business with them ever again.
