Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have finally received the item that I had paid for three months ago Thank you for your interest in this matter

The customer purchased a product from us. We sent the order to the publisher of the product to drop-ship the item. The drop shipper somehow lost the order. The customer reached out to us to follow up. We requested information from the publisher and that is when they realized that they didn't fulfill...

the order. Since then, the item was shipped and tracking information has been given to the customer.

I have had a horrible experience with opium 360. I ordered a Medical coding book from them, and while it was in transit I discovered I had ordered the wrong one. It took several weeks for this book to reach me. And I was unable to return it during the Christmas rush because I was working so much. How ever I did mail this book and they did recieve it within there 60 day period. It seems they 'lost' it for a while and chose to catalog there recieve date as feburary 10th instead of jan 16th when they actually recieved it. I should also mention that this company starts counting there 60 days on the date they send it. Even though they choose to send it by snail mail and that they dont stop counting until there warehouse recieves it (not by the day you send it back to them). I have spoken with multiple people on this issue who will not assist me with getting my rightful refund. They never have a supivisor available. I have called head courters three times to get this issue ressolved. My phone call was forwarded to a disconnected line. I was dropped. And I was sent back to the same people in the shipping department who are unable to help anyone. I followed all of there unfair rules. And I still have not recieved my rightful $210 refund.

Review: In March, we submitted an check for $992.29 and an order for 5 items to this vendor. To date we are still short 1 item, “A Complete Guide to Medicare Coverage”, $299.95. This item is an e-book and was supposedly emailed to me. It has not been received, supplier can provide no proof of delivery and has stopped returning my calls.Desired Settlement: We request your assistance in obtaining this item or a complete refund.

Here are the details on this customer.

Of the products that he purchased, 2 of the items were downloadable ebooks.

On 6/6 we spoke with [redacted] and he was missing both emails that provide the links to download the ebooks (the emails comes from our book publisher not directly from us). We contacted the publisher and asked them to send the emails again.

On 7/7 [redacted] contacted us and we asked the publisher to resend the one email that [redacted] said he was missing.

That was the last time we heard from [redacted]. We thought this issue was closed. I’ll have my customer service team follow up with him.

Do you need anything else from me?

Thanks

Review: Placed an order on October 15, 2015 for an e book from medical coding books.com. I have not received the item nor have I received any communication from this company to resolve this issue/refund my original purchase cost. I have tried contacting the company via their customer service line but only reached a voice mail. I have left a message with no return call. I have emailed their customer service department and no reply. I have escalated a claim via [redacted] with no resolution.Desired Settlement: Ultimately, a credit issued to my [redacted] account, which was the original form of payment.
