SCAM!!! Do not do business with this company!!! They lie, don't send you what you order, and have horrible customer serviceI called before I put my order in to verify that the listed price was packs of baby overnight diapers and packs of baby diapersThey said it was and that they were on sale because they were discontinued1/weeks later I received overnight diapers and packs of diapers and paid $92!!! There is no way to even make these numbers fitWhen I called their customer service, they refused to let me talk to a supervisor or managerThey offered me $off or a refund BUT I have to pay for shippingThey lied to me on the phone, didn't even send me the quantity they stated they were supposed to, made me wait on hold for an hour, and now I am out moneyDo not order through Medicalmega!!!

Well unfortunately my son was in a terrible car accident November **,that left him with a diagnosis of [redacted] Due to the severity of his situation they wanted to put him in a long term nursing facility, which I immediately refused and said he needs to be home in his room surrounded by love and familiar sounds, smells etc Because of my request I had to make sure to have his room set up in a way that was bacteria free yet visit friendly when family would come by I figured since [redacted] was used throughout the hospital I felt that to be the best productSo I googled [redacted] and found Medical Mega, phoned with my situation and was helped immediatelyThere was somehow confusion and I hadn't received my products and my son was due to be home soonNeedless to say I wasn't happy, I took a few minutes to e-mail them with my concerns and was contacted by Sandra S [redacted] she apologized and took control and before I knew it I had what was needed and been so very grateful ever sinceWhen your confronted with life's unfortunate happenings it helps ease your worry to have understanding people such as Sandra S [redacted] lending a handI'm forever grateful! Why does your ad say $but when the web site opens it shows $ The reason why I would select it the site is because price is right and product availability Its a great medical site but brings in potential or forceful customers under pretenses Please fix this problems for your could be happy returning customers

They said it was and that they were on sale because they were discontinued. 1 1/2 weeks later I received 42 overnight diapers and 3 packs of 18 diapers and paid $92!!! There is no way to even make these numbers fit. When I called their customer service, they refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager. They offered me $12 off or a refund BUT I have to pay for shipping. They lied to me on the phone, didn't even send me the quantity they stated they were supposed to, made me wait on hold for an hour, and now I am out money. Do not order through Medicalmega!!!
