To Whom It May Concern:First, I am so very sorry to hear that we have received a "Complaint" from our customerAll imperial Cleaners employees strive everyday to be as loyal and fair to our customers, as any business shouldAccording to the complaint filed on July 10,2015,I feel there was a big
misunderstanding of the dry-cleaning businessThe customer that came into our location stated she had never had her clothes laundered and or dry-cleaned and was in a hurry at time of drop off, therefore leading to the customer not waiting for the employee to put her garments in the computer to be able to provide her with a copy of the invoice which states the type, amount, and price of her garmentsShould she have waited we would have been able to go by our prodigal of business which includes the customer having an invoice which none of this issues arisen if the customer would have unfortunately not been in a hurry and had to leave prior creating such documentation As far as the pricing of the garments, this customer feels as if we have high pricing, with that being said though I would like her to know she is free to price check other drycleaners in the surrounding areasWe stay up to date on the competitors pricing, as all businesses I'm sure would agreeImperial Cleaners would also like to make clear we have no reason to use pricing as a "business tactic" for we have been in business for over yrs and continue to have returning, happy satisfied customersAfter speaking with this customer she was given a 10% discount on her order for her misunderstanding the businessAgain though as I stated in the beginning we treat all our customers with the same loyalty, respect and fairness as this said "complaint" I feel Imperial Cleaners went above and beyond what needed to be done by giving a discount on something we had no wrong doing involvementThe garments were all cleaned to our 100% customer satisfaction policy and returned to store for pion day as promised, as any other customer would receive the same loyalty Imperial Cleaners hopes this will help any further misunderstanding of this "compliant" We look forward to kindly serving our customers for another 15+ yrs.Sincerely, Stephine D*** Office Manager
