Regarding the siding - The siding was installed on July *** of this year in the color that the home owners selectedIt was installed by licensed siding professionals according to manufacturers specifications and common building practicesThe first time any issue was brought to my attention
regarding the siding color or installation, in person or via text/email, was more than months after it was installed (on 10/**/17)It is an unreasonable request that the siding be removed and new siding installed at no cost to the customerIf the customer had raised an issue while it was being installed or shorty after it is possible that we could have made a change at a minimal costThe fact that they waited months to bring up an issue makes it impossible to fix without the customer being responsible for the entire cost of replacementAs I explained more than once, the areas under the back doors that are missing siding were left that way intentionallyThose areas are where the steps or deck ledger board will mount to the house, as those doors are feet off the ground.Regarding interior issues - I have done my best to satisfy the customers requests over 5-visits since the final payment was made on 8/**I have had my painters come back twice to touch up spots on the walls that were damaged by the home owner or the furniture moving company or whoeverI personally touched up several spots on the staircase and walls, and also repainted the window sill that was damaged by the home owners petsI made all of these visits at no cost to you, trying to satisfy you as my customer even though none of this work was included in the contract or in any email agreementThe rest of the complaints listed on Revdex.com are either or greatly exaggerated.After the past week of insulting and threatening emails and text messages I have decided not to return to the home for any further workI would suggest that they hire a licensed electrician to address any electrical issues that they are having with outlets not working, as we did no electrical work in that roomI have been doing business on Long Island for the past years and have never had issues like this at the end of a jobMy siding contractors have done dozens of jobs for me without incident and have been in business for more that yearsI consider this job complete, as evidenced by payment of the final balance on 8/**/
