I am a business owner. If I treated my customers the way Medicine Chest does, they would not come back. I am a very regular customer and every time I order medicine I have to wait way too long. I call in (9:30am) for some refills and tell them I will be there at noon to pick them up. The young girl tells me she will make a note and let them know. I show up at 1:45pm to pick up my medicine and it is still not ready. That is how it is every time! I know they are bussy, but so am I !
