Medicine Chest Pharmacy

I am a business ownerIf I treated my customers the way Medicine Chest does, they would not come backI am a very regular customer and every time I order medicine I have to wait way too longI call in (9:30am) for some refills and tell them I will be there at noon to pick them upThe young girl tells me she will make a note and let them knowI show up at 1:45pm to pick up my medicine and it is still not readyThat is how it is every time! I know they are bussy, but so am I ! I am looking to switch to a different pharmacy

My family has patronized this pharmacy since it opened as the Medicine Shoppe in the mid-70's on the recommendation of our pediatrition We always receive freindly, personal service Jack, the owner/pharmacist, knows us by name
