Thank you for the opportunity in allowing us to respond to this customer complaintWe have on record that on 8/24/at 2:pm, Mr [redacted] was advised that if the account was not properly satisfied that a repossession would reflect on his account after the item is returned due to non payment Mr [redacted] continued to make payments up to 02/12/until the remaining balance was paid in fullThe customer was made aware of our sales policyWe would like very much the opportunity to earn Mr [redacted] 's businessWe understand that at times in life finances can be challenging and that is why Milestonz prides itself at being a credit jeweler with a credit plan for everyoneThe original item that was returned has been discontinued for some time nowThat doesn't mean that we cannot come to an agreement on another item that looks similar or possibly entertain an exchange for a completely new wedding set designWe have attempted numerous times to contact Mr [redacted] and have not been successful due to being unable to leave a voicemail messagePlease have Mr [redacted] contact us or me personallyI would like the opportunity to find him and his wife a beautiful wedding set that they would love to wear.Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager Milestonz Jewelers [redacted]

Im continuing my complaint complaint #*** I spoke to the manager at this location June the 19th and he then called me back on the 20th leaving a voice mail that said "Hello this message is for Kristin MooreThis is RaymondThe general manager here at Milestone JewelersJust wanted to follow up with you on the conversation that we had yesterday another optionI have for you is you have some good amount of money paid into the account I would beHappy to offer youI'd really appreciate the opportunity to offer you a variety of our selection of men's bands that we have that we can just cash you outSo you don't have a payment anymore and still get him something very nice classy that he can you know be happy to work okay? So give me a callI tried calling at the the cellphone numberIt wasn't able to get through and I'm going to be available here at the former location til about telephone number is *** *** ***Thank you very much."I don't have any merchandise I want a refund!

On the date of service (12/31/15) we were not provided an insurance cardWe were informed last week (2/2/16) that the
patient had insurance at the time of service and we offered to provide a statement for the patient to receive reimbursement from the insurance company and he declined, also we offed to give store credit for future refills and he declined that as well

On 2/10/I called MO Medicaid administrations and was told that he could be refunded by Medicaid with accompanying paperwork that we offeredHe did not want the paperwork on 02/01/I am not aware of *** store policesOn the bottom of the receipt it states that no cash will be refunded after daysThis was brought to our attention over a month laterWe offered store credit and he did not want it

I am rejecting this response because: This was not told to us at the time of purchase, *** knew I wanted white gold and stated it was white goldShe could have written silver on there after the fact for all I know l surely would never pay $for silverShe not only told us it was on sale but told us it was white gold*** and I are supposed to be meeting tomorrow to resolve the issue so for now I'd like the case to remain open until this is completely resolvedI'd like to get back on track with payments for what I was told I was purchasing, white gold

I would like to accept the business offer and exchange both pairs of earrings for a piece of Jewlry that is the same amount we paid for the earrings or possibly upgrade my ring.I would also like the updated voucher. I would also like to note that the sales contract did say the interest rate but no where on the contract does it say how many months it'll take to pay off. If the business would like the opportunity to speak to me they can call me at the number they have for my account.

Our records indicate that our customer was in possession of the merchandise and later returned to the store with Diamonds missing from the setting. Our position stands. We would like nothing more than to resolve Mrs. [redacted] concerns. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is [redacted]; I am the [redacted] for Milestonz Jewelers. Thank you for bringing this complaint to my attention. We at Milestonz Jewelers have served thousands of customers in the Sacramento and Bay area combined. We understand that special...

circumstances may arise since each and every customer has different needs. We are extremely confident to state that we will go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. With that being said, we have made numerous attempted to establish arrangements with Mr. [redacted]. We have over 21 individual dates that we have attempted to contact Mr [redacted] to make arrangements. The majority of the times we called, we were able to leave a voice mail message due to the voicemail box not set up. Often the phone would just ring or hang up after a few rings. When we were able to make contact with My [redacted], it resulted in him setting up a multiple promise to pay and they never were seen through.  By the end of March 2016, Milestonz made the decision to return the item purchased and close out the account. This decision was made because Mr [redacted] failed to make payments as agreed and broke multiple promises to pay on the account. The decision did not result in negative credit reporting such as repossession. It has been reported as closed status. On 4/4/16 I reached out to Mr [redacted] and informed him of the end result. I offered My [redacted] the opportunity to reopen the account since in the conversation he conveyed to me that he wanted to establish credit. My [redacted] is welcomed to come into anyone of our stores and reopen his account at any time when it is convenient for him.
