Medics with Mowers

Company has failed to provide services which were prepaid. Company refuses to answer phone calls or text messages looking for answers about serviceIv the spring I purchased 10 pre-paid mowing visits. Company did not come every 7 days, but was more or less on a regular schedule. On July 16, prior to exhausting my prior 10 visits, I purchased 10 additional mowing visits.Since my additional purchase, Medics has hardly come at all. I had a few visits prior to a several weeks-long period of silence with no contact, despite me reaching out to them on several occasions. Near the end of this quiet period, I received a text message telling me the owner was hospitalized but would be back to work soon. I had to cut my lawn in the interim (probably 2 month window). Eventually, Medics did return for a single visit in October, but after that visit they have not come again at all, despite me having over half my prepaid visits unused.Worse yet, the company refuses to answer any calls placed to them (call screening), will not return any voice mails left for them (I have left more than 20 I would guess), and will not text any responses. On 12/2 I sent one of my many text messages to the company, and this time I received a repsonse from someone I assume is the owner's wife. So we know the cell phone number was and remains active and he likely has received every call/text/message. This person told me that [redacted] was out of town for a death in his family, but that she would be speaking with [redacted] on either 12/2 or 12/3 and would pass along my message.Not surprisingly, I have heard nothing back, despite additional text messages and phone calls from me. Desired SettlementI believe I am owed a refund for more than 5 of my ten mowing visits. However, Medics did do some pruning for me on a prior visit that they never invoiced (despite me reminding [redacted] about this on numerous occasions. I would be willing to receive a refund for 5 visits and utilize any remaining visits to cover the pruning.
