Review: ordere d products on the website. during the order process, a pop up ad appeared offering a discount if certain conditions were met. these conditions concerned precious metals. the conditions were met . I have emailed, and called numerous times to the vendosr involved to secure the discount on m[redacted]y order. , and medidenta rep, [redacted]. promises by mr. gianni have reulted in no response and [redacted] does not respond at all. I believe since this involves precious metals , I can involve some government agencies.Desired Settlement: send the appropriate check for the appropriate amount, for the appropriate order as advertised. this would be about $110.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

[redacted] did contact me. upon returning his call, [redacted] aggresively, and offensively berated me. his opening remark was quote, "you can call the dogs off," plus some other false accusations. he did send the check. i've always had apprehensions about precious metal dealers who work through the mail or who I do not have favorable recommendations for. [redacted] will definitely continue this thought for me. his association with your home page may lead others to the conclusion that his poor business procdures is a reflection of medidenta
