Control Center spoke with [redacted] regarding the requested refund that he has not yet received. I assured [redacted] that we have expedited his cancellation refund and apologized for the error on the part of Medifast. [redacted] felt satisfied with the reassurance that his check has been expedited to him at the correct address.
I have been on the Medifast program through the Eau Claire office and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are all very supportive and I feel like they truly want to help me to succeed with taking the weight off and keeping it off. The Eau Claire staff is friendly and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend the Eau Claire office.
