In regards to case id ***, customer *** ***Ms *** bought the Chrysler Pacifica on May 17th, for a total of $2411.43(*)We certified mailed(*) the title out on June 14th The post office attempted to deliver(*) to her address twice and then was attempted to be sent
back to us (Corporate Fleet Management, Inc.) on July 10, Brenda (our secretary and the person Ms *** has dealt with has been in contact many times with the postal service and Ms *** the entire time this has been going onThe postal service could not give Brenda a reason the title did not come back to usThey said it could have been damaged or lostWe did get another title made and the customer has received it Sept 8, 2017(*). The customer did not have to pay for another title to be orderedWe are sorry this happened to Ms ***, we make an effort to mail customer's titles out in time to insure they get it in the allowed time listed on the affidavitAgain, we are very sorry it took so long for this to be resolved for Ms ***
Also, it states on this letter that someone tried contacting me before about thisI'm sorry, but this is the first time I have received anything about thisFeel free to call with any questions
