Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Mr [redacted] offer of the $refund is not acceptable as it would still leave me with very shoddy work done by Cincy Dry Shield on both the sidewalk repair and the crack injection [redacted] agreed that the sidewalk was not satisfactory and promised on several occasions to have someone come and redo it professionally He also promised that he would return and clean up the crack injection What I want is to have both jobs redone professionally and to be compensated by Cincy Dry Shield for any additional costs I may incur to have that work done Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint
The crack injection is only half completed. The sidewalk was NOT done as a favor I paid *** *** and Cincy Dry Shield $to perform per *** *** quoted estimate for BOTH jobs. *** *** stated on several occasions that he would return to finish both jobs correctly and his choosing not to finish either job is a breach of our oral contract, regardless of whether he cashed the second check or not. I do not accept the response made by the business and will continue to pursue the matter
Regards,
*** ***
*** *** stated he is willing to return the $to rectify the situationSomeone else can do the jobThe epoxy should not be "sanded", it is to remain in place to properly do the job
[redacted] talked to customer and she is going to pay her refund on 9/9/15. Spoke with owner 9-3-15 11:06 am.

Mr.
[redacted] offer of the $350 refund is not acceptable as it would still leave me
with very shoddy work done by Cincy Dry Shield on both the sidewalk repair and
the crack injection. [redacted] agreed that the sidewalk was not
satisfactory and promised on several occasions to have someone come and
redo it professionally. He also promised that he would return and clean
up the crack injection. What I want is to have both jobs redone
professionally and to be compensated by Cincy Dry Shield for any additional costs
