I am rejecting this response because: nothing this person said in her response is true I was not told anything she said she told meshe called me and got smart right from the beginning, trying to aggravate methe tone of my voice on the so called speaker phone was after a week of being run around and lied toI did not drop any of the bulbs, they are defective and she has taken this stance because she has both the bulbs and my moneynothing has been said to me about return or replacement if this is how she wants to conduct her business, I don't know what else to say also, the only reason I did business with her is because I did business with other manager and it came to a satisfactory conclusion the bulbs she told me were so hard to find and are special order can be found at a business close to hers for $apiece

Dear Sirs, The above mentioned customer was passed to me as I was the person that shipped the bulbs to him. Quote frankly, the light bulbs only did not fit as they were DROPPED on the pin ends after he received them. I was the person that shipped the bulbs and I used plastic on both ends to...

make transport easier before he left with them from the store. I should mention that the light bulbs were a special order bulb-and he signed accordingly per attached invoice. He noted that the pins did not look FAR ENOUGH apart and I assured him that there is only on type of pin at the ends of the type of bulbs he purchased-that there was not other type that were made. He paid for and took the bulbs. When he returned them, I was not in the store which was a Friday- my day off. I worked on Saturday, however we typically do not call customers for pick ups or exchanges until Monday in case we need to contact a manufacturer. I called him back promptly on Monday. When I called him, the only words I was able to get out of my mouth after introducing myself were "Mike , I have to be honest, the bulbs were dropped on end and the plastic is cracked". After that comment, he went on a tangent about numerous things other than the light bulbs and hung up on my before I could say anything else.  So I ACTUALLY CALLED HIM BACK. I again said who I was and that I thought it was rude he hung up without allowing me to speak. He again went on a tirade about I am not even sure what and all I got to say was " Mike, are you going to listen to what we are going to do at all?". Again he hung up on me. Both conversations were in the presence of another employee and on speaker. I should note that I started in the lighting industry in 1987 so I am very familiar with all types of light bulbs.  His complaint is neither accurate nor justified. He damaged the bulbs and of course they will not work now. The pins are pushed into the ends(see attached photo). Even though this was the case, we requested new light bulbs to replace the ones he damaged and had every intention of replacing them at no charge to him. The bulbs are not returnable to the distributor without a restocking fee and shipping should he want to cancel them. However, this was not even able to be addressed before he disconnected the call-twice.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.  We appreciate the opportunity to address the situation.
