Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The response from the company states nothing concrete. She indicates this was resolved with the customer but this is the last phone communication (or any communication) I have had with them. “On 7/24/15 I talked with CSR Meredith and the final call was that I was being "charged”. I took issue with their final conclusion and elaborated further how it was impossible that I damaged the machine when it was on the way back to them and in possession of the new one; easily documented by me. I was told that “she would have a supervisor call me directly (7/24/15)”. I never received a phone call (as of 7/28/15) which seems to be the MO every time I left a message. I will accept a written response from the company that indicates “it has been determined the customer is not responsible for the damaged monitor we sent them and he will not be billed”. Something concrete that they have adjusted my account to show I am not subject to this charge or any charge on second machine (not going through this again with them). Maybe the company determined I am not responsible and “closed” the case, but I have talked to no one and the last I heard from Meredith I am responsible and need to talk to supervisor.
