The return policy supposedly lets you return the products for a FULL refund It is not a FULL refund if their is a recovery fee The date of purchase was October 29, Purchase price was Order # [redacted] Payment method "Discover Card" They did not give me a full refund Everything had to be boxed in original packing exactly the way it was sent I did all this, but they still charged a recovery fee My complaint is the "$recovery fee" when promised a FULL refundOut of the $490.20, I have received 473.20, becaused they said I missed sending some thing back and the instruction book was dirty, and a barcode was missing

Oct26, 2017, I ordered hearing aids with a day trial periodThe after two weeks of waiting I called to find out about the delay and was told they'll be sent out shortlyI also made sure to inquire regarding the day trial period and was assured that it would commence when I received the aidsAfter about another week I finally received the aids and helped my year old mother to fit them properly into her earsAfter one week's time I realized that her left hearing aid was not working even after cleaning and trouble shooting so the company had me to send it back for serviceWe waited for over two weeks and still had not received any type of communication from the company that they had obtained them or were repairing themI called and was told that they were very swamped but will be getting them out to us shortlyI also explained that I needed to be reassured that these wasted weeks would not count as part of the day trial periodStill after another week I call again
