Medipac Travel Insurance

I got real sick in Cabo Mexico,first I got covid and shortly there after got pneumonia ,I was really out of it, thank God my girlfriend had the sense to bring me to the health clinic a few times and then to the hospital before we knew the extent of what I had.
Now they won't pay a thing because I didn't notify them within 24 hrs, can you imagine,I lost 20 pounds in a week and a half and I was supposed to call THEM!

My wife and I purchased travel insurance from Medipac for our trip South last Winter
While at a neighbours RV for "Happy Hour", my wife walked to our RV to used the bathroom, she slipped on the gravel surface, fell and knocked herself out and cut her face
was called and we had a trip to emergency, all was well after a checkup and some testsMedipac was told of the situation at the time
When we arrived home we started getting the bills, which where submitted to Medipac, after two months of collecting our doctors records they have denied paying the bills
The reason was abuse of alcohol, my wife had a few drinks, but she was well under the legal limit to drive, bye the way did I tell you she was walking
So Medipac are just like all the other insurance companies they will find any excuse to get out of paying
So just because the *** recommend them don't be fooled!
