Dear Revdex.com,I am aware of this issue and I have been in direct contact with this customer who seems to consider a minor issue to be a major defect in this personalized medical device As a distributor of [redacted] stethoscopes we are obliged to involve the manufacturer in all such product complaints Both my representative and I spoke with this customer directly As I told him that product complaint could come directly from him OR I would be more than happy to contact my direct [redacted] representative directly on his behalf[redacted] stethoscopes, a division of 3M, has a strict protocol for such matters That said, customer satisfaction is as important to them as it is to us This customer was in a rather agitated state when I spoke with him and I must assume he did not like either of these two options as he hung up on me Now, it would seem he feels sufficiently wronged to contact Revdex.com.This entire affair is much simpler than the customer presents I am completely willing to issue a full refund to the customer but the merchandise that the customer feels is defective must be accounted for I am happy to send a pre-paid return to get it back to our facility and, as previously stated, contact my [redacted] representative to report the customer complaint and receive compensation for this personalized item from the manufacturer.Please let me know how best to proceed[redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying to save face. This is more about how they handled the situation initially. Now they are offering something they should have offered initially. Let this be a lesson to them for future complaints. As for me, I have already contacted [redacted] and never again would I buy anything from Medisave. I will never recommend Medisave to all of my coworkers in the medical field.

ordered a [redacted] on 11/11/15. medisave website says delivery within 8 business days. it's now 11/28/15, hasn't arrived yet. that's over 12 business days. tracking status says packing/dispatch. received email from medisave for thanksgiving sale but no email received for cause of delay. way to go medisave!

Such an awesome website!!! I definitely recommend this website to anyone trying to purchase medical equipments!!!
