Review: Our office has ordered prescription pads from Meditec Products, LLC for many years. I placed an order for 6 boxes of RX pads on 4/**/2015 and was told that delivery time would be 6/8 weeks. A check in the amount of $742.50 was sent to Meditec Products on 6/**/15. As of July *, 2015, there has been no delivery of our order. I have attempted to call the business to check on the status of our order, but their phone number has been disconnected. I sent a fax to the business on 7/*/15 requesting an update on our order. I have confirmation that the fax was transmitted successfully, but as of 7/*/15, the business has not contacted our office.Desired Settlement: Our office would like delivery of the order, or a refund in full.
