We hired Mediterranean roofing for our project, and regret so much since they did such a poor job! First of all, they've orderer a different shade of the roof tiles, but I would eat it if they do their job professionally and in a nice manner Second, they've installed a roof tiles INCORRECTLY, putting a very light colored tiles IN ONE SPOT! We demanded to ix it and what they did just REMOVED a light color tiles instead doing a correct pattern of the roof, which made it look dark and flat! When we called the owner, Jerry and asked him to fix the mistake his guys made, he behave in a very rude and arrogant manner saying he will bring me to court! It is so inappropriate and unprofessional!

My builder hired Mediterranean to install a new tile roof. The job was so horrendous and horrible that the roof manufacturer (in writing and in their report) advised me to have the whole entire roof ripped off and a new one reinstalled I had to find a new roofer to put in a brand-new roof. I heard I am not the only one that had a similar situation with this company

Review: Hired roof contractors to install clay tile roof to property on [redacted]. The job cost 18,000 and 16,000 has been paid however the job was sloppy and incomplete. Made several attempts for roof company to return and fix the job. After few failed attemps, received response was, "The roof wasn’t made to accustom clay roof tiles". I sought advice from another roof company and they agreed the job was very poorly done.

The roof was assessed before quoting the job for my property and nothing was brought to my attention that my roof was not ideal for clay tile roof. The contractor placed a lien on my property for the remaining unpaid balance. However I feel until the roof is properly fixed I should not have to pay the remaining balance.Desired Settlement: I request Mediterranean Roofing and Designs remove the lien placed on my property and properly fix my roof. If Mediterranean Roofing and Designs cannot fix the job, I request a portion of the already paid money be refunded to me.
