Tried to locate a discharge line but I brought what I thought what they needed but wasn't the right partI told them to leave and go to another job I would get the part and meet with them with the lineAfter they return to the *** job and made the repair they notice some type of rodent had chewed several holes also in ice maker lineTechnician pick up tools and left to get ice maker kit line returned and made repairs.I deducted hours from *** job total of $Showing the technician the picture that homeowner took was not the same as what he said he sawThe linoleum was tucked under the plywood and very small tear was made (don't know for sure how the tear got so much larger)I did talk to Ms*** and did make adjustment to bill days laterIt was after they received the bill that all this startedThey made a complaint to the Revdex.com dated 09/01/Never got a chance to reply when I received a letter from Office of the Attorney General dated 09/07/2016.They called several times that morning before showing up at the officeWas told that I was not in and would give me the messageAbout less than a half an hour later they showed up at the office saying they wanted to talk to ***Ms*** and *** *** was making treats and absurd remarks to Mrs*** (secretary)They were insinuating that she wasn't giving me their messagesSaid that if they didn't hear from me they were taking us to court and with that said I refused to return to the resident, and further more refused to do any more for them.They can keep their money for work that was done because with what I see with what you've been told and what I been told by the technician it going to be a he said and they said situation and contractor will always loose.Sincerely,*** ***
