This complaint is because I didn't receive services that was promised by Medlinc,Inc after payments were made
My complaints is because after missing a day and a half of classI was supposed to be able to make up my time so that I could receive my certificateI called Medlinc and left a message for *** to call me back she never responded to my messageI had to call Medlinc twice a week for the last three weeks and still now word as to when I could come in to make up my timeMy first phone call was on the 9th of August and the next phone call was on the 10th of August*** still did not return my phone callsThe very next day *** call me at the last moment and the times were wrong for me to come in because I work in the day and I couldn't make it in to class at that timeI told her that on my paperwork it states that I have to make up my time on one of their evening classes*** said that she would call me back and I never heard from her againI waited and then I c
