In my experience, it's pretty much impossible to reach someone either online or via phone. Doesn't matter if you're a medical customer or not. Selection is generally limited and I have also received inaccurate orders before (was not able to confirm items before purchase). With a "no returns" policy even for unopened packaging, inaccuracy for online/pick up orders is not just disappointing but unacceptable, especially when there are competitors available. Despite having employees who appear to "double check" all purchases, it's pretty clear they are just going through the motions. Makes you wonder what other corners are being cut. I recommend you shop elsewhere.
