This response is full of lies.[redacted] told me to take it out for a run even though he knew it was acting up.The first time I took it for a run it was fine.Its the second time is when the chair began to fail.As the incident happened at north gate on 97 street and 137 Avenue where I almost lost my life due to the chair failing in the middle of traffic which I reported that to [redacted] after I got home.I never told him I was going to clairview with it.This is a lie from [redacted] as well.[redacted] has been rude in his responses about my chair he has given many excuses that could be wrong with my chair.he has stated its because I'm over weight.he has treated me like I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about with my chair.He insists now it's the batteries when I have had them tested by my husbands co worker with his meter tester and the batteries were fine.I do not like their insinuations that the blame should be on me.Further more the labor parts charge was never dicussed with me so they can retract that statement.all that was dicussed was the issue at hand with the chair.He only told me that there was a pickup charge and delivery charge.The problem with my chair is the controller.Last but not least I want them to drop their high and mighty attitude over this current issue and act like adults and treat people with respect.I still want my chair fixed with no attitude from [redacted].Respect earned is respect given.
