Review: This company is the provider of our website services. Over a year and a half this company has refused to provide us with vital statistics so that we can monitor what is actually going on with their website. Secondarily, once we decided to move to another company and requested all vital information so that we could transfer to a new Internet service company they refused to answer any emails or respond to any phone calls.
We have attempted to contact this company on multiple occasions and every time we do we get a new [redacted] who never response to our requestDesired Settlement: We desire for the company to complete its responsibility and providing all information so that we may move onto a new company.
