MEDOP

After previously ordering Maxivision, I received another order last week. I did not place this second order.
When I originally ordered Maxivision last year, their web site gave me an error stating the order failed. I reordered and received a double order about 3 weeks later. On January 25, 2019, I received another 6 bottles of product. I did not place an order for this product. They are now telling me I must pay to return and that I selected automatic refill. I did not know anything about automatic refill and would definitely not select because I had enough product to last me another 3 months. I told the call taker I would gladly return but they would need to pay for it and she said I would have to pay for it. She also said if I had called to place order, they would pay for the product shipped in error.
