This is not true! I just looked back at the phone recorder and the first phone call we did receive was at 145pm stating the consumer was ready and finished with his appointmentMy dispatcher dispatched a van at 240pm and the van arrived at 307pm to return him back to NH In all contracts with
Nursing facilities states that from the first phone call, we have up to hr and mins to get the consumer picked up! Also I checked the phone recorder and the person that answered the phone from Medport was not rude in any shape or form, she actually was getting yelled at by the person on the other end making the phone call!

The roof was installed the week of July 17. There was a storm that came through quickly on July and dropped 3' of rain and high winds. Before the storm hit there was a small portion of the roof that was not completed. The area was tarped. The home owner called my sales rep
and screamed and cussed at him saying he had water damage. My supervisor met with the home owner and the city inspector the next morning. THe home owner contended he had mold and water damageThe city inspector and my supervisor both went up in the attic and found that there was a small area that was damp. The inspector, my supervisor and the home owner agreed that all that needed to be done to fix it was a $can of spray paint. WHen the crew buttoned up the house before the storm they installed one small portion of the roof with felt paper vertically to cover it quicklyThe next day they shingled that area with out first changing the felt. We removed that small area and reinstalled it properly. My job supervisor and my sales person handling the job both met with the home owner when the job was done. They inspected the roof with him and he told them both he was satisfied with the job on July 27. On July he wrote letters to the Revdex.com and others saying he is not happy and it is not to code. August 3, we met the inspector on site and he concluded the roof was installed to codeThe home owner was very unhappy with this determination and argued with the city inspector. The inspector would like a piece of J channel between the siding and roof secured betterThe home owner refused to let him do it he wants a sider to do itI have our siding crew chief going to secure itRegarding the home owners soffit, we have not touched it however his insurance company found it to be damaged by hail and is paying for it to be replaced. The home owner has not paid ANYTHING not one dime for his roof

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/30) */
Advanced Exteriors was hired by [redacted] to insulate the water pipes in an area in her basement. Advanced Exteriors insulated the pipes in the basement as outlined in the contract. Last winter when we had an extended period of sub zero...

weather [redacted] called our office irate that upon returning home from a vacation her pipes were frozen. She wanted Advanced to fix her frozen pipes. I explained to her that we did not make any guarantee that her pipes would never freeze and that we performed the work she had requested of Advanced Exteriors.
I have spoken to [redacted] several times and she even apologized for yelling and screaming at me when she first called. I explained to her that Frank (the person she was dealing with) was laid up with a broken ankle at the time but would be willing to come out and see if there was anything else we could do to help her.
Frank has called [redacted] back several times and in fact was going to stop out at one point but [redacted] said it was not a good time. [redacted] did call again last week and had not received a call back as of the time I received this complaint. However, Frank has spoke with her and set up a time the first week in July to go out and see if there is anything else we can do to help her. There is no way for us to guarantee she wont get frozen pipes when there is sub zero weather.

Advanced Exteriors was hired by Mr. [redacted] to remove and replace his storm damaged roof.  The roof has a pre-existing construction defects, a vent and an electric mast located in the valley.  Mr. [redacted] did not want to move the mast due to cost and other code issues as he has stated to my...

salesman and myself.  The leak is due to placement of penetrations in the valley not poor workmanship.  In an effort to resolve this issue Advanced Exteriors has been in contact with Mr. [redacted].  We have agreed to remove the valley metal, surrounding shingles and fill the holes where the electric mast and vents have been removed.  We will then reinstall new valley and shingles.  Mr. [redacted] has agreed to have us do this work.  As agreed we will perform the work  as soon as we have warm enough weather to allow the shingles to seal down.
