I have contacted Medrevenu Inc. MANY times to confirm my check payment being sent to them (They have advised they have INFACT received it) and that has been notated on my account. I continue to get monthly statements advising I still have a balance and am 60-89 days late. I have made several follow up calls to them and they continue to advise me that they have the payment they just haven’t posted it. They advised it will be posted next week (feb 24th-28th) and to disregard my statement. I was told the last time I called that the payment would be posted the day I called, that was weeks ago. I just want this company to take my payment and post it please!!!!!
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are a billing service for physician offices. We bill insurances and patients on behalf of our clients, but we do not receive nor deposit checks for our clients. Once our clients receive and deposit insurance and patient checks, information is forwarded to us to resolve outstanding accounts. If we do not receive this information from our clients, unfortunately we cannot resolve the accounts on our own.
Please note that when you had called, we had noted the account so that even though it is aging, you are delinquent. This was why the staff said to disregard the statement. At that point, however, we have not received any information from our client that they had received your payment.
Please note that our client has deposited the check now, and information has been given to us. We have resolved the account.
