Review: On June **,2010 I had to go to the emergency room to alleviate severe pain in my neck. Prior to my emergency room visit I went to my primary physician three times and was provided with pain medication and anti inflammatory medication but the pain was getting worse and I was unable to sleep and crying at night. I went to the emergency room and they gave me a CSCAN and and injection and recommended I see a neurosurgeon ( [redacted]). When I saw [redacted] he diagnosed with a a partial tear in my disk and provided a treatment plan of [redacted] injections.

The reason I am filing a claim is that First Service Adminstrators has taken 7 months to process the claim for my emergency room visit. It has effected my credit and the claim keeps being sent back and forthDesired Settlement: I would like First Service Adminstrators to do their job and process the claim in the timely manner. I have provided the documentation on multiple occassions to demonstrate that this was not beyond my plan and that I followed all of the medical steps: primary physician, X-rays, pain management and then the emergency room. In response to the complaint, MedSave upon review of its records has processed and paid the claim in question. The claim was received on 07/**/2010 and was under review. The claim was then processed and paid on 03/**/2011. The check was then cashed by the provider on 03/**/2011.
