contract but received no response. Finally in the first week of February we were able to get in contact with her and the refund of $800 was issued.

Unfortunately the employees who were responsible for addressing this problem were no longer employed at our clinic.
They had begun to handle the patient's request but never passed it onto the manager who could actually respond to the patient. ...

This led to the delay that had occurred. I have called and spoken to the patient regarding the delay and apologized directly to the patient. I immediately refunded the requested $297.50 to the patient's credit card. I also explained our company's policy is to expedite any issues that may arise and again offered our apologies.

I spoke with the Regional Director she was very apologetic and the refund is processing thru my account today.
