MedShape Weight Loss Clinic has indeed responded with numerous studies and facts which support our standings along with an offer of $refund and for her to continue the remainder of her program

I called today and spoke...

with a Revdex.com representative today to get an update on my complaint. During the conversation, I was told that even though it is more than 30 days since my complaint, MedShape has not, as yet responded. I was asked to email any documentation including the contract and letters between me and MedShape representatives. I tried to attach all the documentation but there were too many. Therefore, I will send an additional email with the remainder. In total, you will have the one page contract, my letter to them requesting a refund (3 pages), the one page response from the COO of MedShape, and a five page letter to me from their doctor, James S[redacted] after he read my letter to the company.Sincerely,[redacted] home[redacted] cell

To whom this may concern,In regards to complaint made by [redacted], she received an automatic credit to her credit card on March 5th, 2016 in the amount of $49. On 3/5/16 also the $49, which her card was on auto pay for her services was credited back to her card for the February charge....

 So she has the $98 refund already on her card.  If she does not see this, it would be appreciated of she contacts the clinic and lets us know so we are able to look into it further. According to our Automatic recurring batches for that day, this was indeed credited back. Please let me know if you have any further questions.Stephanie S[redacted]
