equipment capability as well as by my personal skin characteristics...Actual results can not be guaranteed."As we have numerous times apologized to Ms ***And asked her to come in so we could see the exact results, she declined stating it was too far of a drive and too difficult to get here with her work hours. We never like to see a customer unhappyBut a refund in this case is unsubstantiated. thank you

I was not apologized to numerous times. I wasted so much and time and money driving there 11 times.

responded to Ms. [redacted] about this complaint. I have also responded via Revdex.com on the customer review. She has also already filed a chargeback on her credit card. However, Ms. [redacted] was sent a copy of her Sales Receipt, which she was given on the day of purchase. On the first page it states clearly that this is a "Sales Receipt" and also states "All Sales are FINAL". She was also emailed and given on the day of purchase a copy of the CareCredit receipt titled "SALES DRAFT, Merchant Copy" that has your account number, transaction number, and a signature line she signed signed authorizing this charge. At no point was a "quote" discussed. At no point was anyone rude with her as she continued to call and yell at our staff, our staff clearly followed procedures. At every moment she was apologized to for any miscommunication she believed she received. She was never told she would not get what she wanted. But she was told the conversation was going in circles. Again she was apologized to. She continued to yell, argue and threaten our staff. The conversation was ended at that point. This is a medical practice and items we sell are sold with a prescription. This covers products such as Restylane, Dysport, and Botox among others. We cannot offer refunds on prescription items just as a pharmacy cannot offer refunds on antibiotics or other medication.
