could not make it . This went on for six weeks. Then they just  stopped returning my calls.

I have no further documentation. Job was verbal with handshake. Partial payment made. That is all I have. I am assuming that you can not help and have not contacted the Big Oak Co. I will find another contractor to complete this job. They still do not answer my calls or return messages.
