I have been a client at Medstudio, for two years for Testosterone Supplementation and also have used the IV infusions a bit as well. They have helped me lose about 30lbs and I am in the best shape of my life! Its amazing when you get your hormones in check, how the cloud just lifts and you feel like you again! I chose them because they use Natural Hormones vs Synthetic which I did NOT want. Overall great Place, with awesome Nurse Practitioners!

When I first came to MedStudio I found myself exhausted with a list of symptoms I couldn't understand. Cheryl and her team brought clarity to my questions and a peace of mind that I was not alone...that there was a solution curated just for me. I have a renewed sense of balance, mental wellness, and energy to bring home to family, my work, and my community. MedStudio has changed my marriage and my capacity to engage fully engage in my life. I am so grateful and would highly recommended the important women AND men in my life to sit down with Cheryl and discover how they too can BE WELL!

I trust Med Studio so much that I don't hesitate to refer my clients there. Wonderful, professional, helpful staff. Cheryl, the head nurse, basically saved my life when I first came to their clinic. I know that sounds extreme but I was so out of sorts hormonally that having her listen and understand what I was experiencing meant the world to me. AND ... may I add, I wasn't the easiest patient to regulate or balance my hormones! But the staff lovingly helped me and through trial and persistence, I am now one happy, sexy (yes, I am a sexy 68 year old woman) thanks to Med Studio. Don't hesitate to go there or to trust them with all of your hormonal needs.

I met with Cheryl at MedStudio last summer. After my consultation I paid her $800. The very next day I contacted her to cancel because I am a high cancer risk. I thought I should discuss with my doctor first. She was very difficult to work with and would not refund my money. She also threatened that If I did not come in for the follow up visit she would be charging my additional money. It took months for them to provide me with insurance papers. I had to call the office multiple times. My insurance did not cover any part of this but it went towards my deductible. Do not go into this without having all of your questions answered. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Cheryl was very unprofessional.

We set a high standard for ourselves and are sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction from last May. We assure you that no one was “threatened to charge you additional money or was unprofessional". We offer the initial 30-60 minute educational consult for free for the very purpose of having all your questions answered so you can make informed decisions. As best practices with other fee for service clinics, payment is due upon receipt of services unless other arrangements are made. Money paid for services rendered are non-refundable, especially 3 days after receiving the service. MedStudio team apologizes for any miscommunication and delay regarding your insurance. Medicare has strict guidelines and restrictions. As explained during your complimentary consult, we do not participate in this program and are an out of network provider. Each person’s policy is unique to them and we are happy to hear your insurance accepted this towards your deductible. We look forward to the day when this type of care is included in everyone's insurance policy. Our goal is to help our patients feel their best. Please reach out if you’d like to visit with one of our medical providers again for no charge.

I have emails that stated if I didn't come in for the follow-up I would be charged an additional amount. You could have at least refunded some of my money. This was a very costly mistake. I am at a high risk as far as cancer. I just wanted to discuss it first with my Doctor.

When I first became a patient at Med Studio I requested invoicing for submitting claims to insurance. Med Studio indicated they do not process claims directly with insurance so they have more flexibility in the services they can offer their clients. I was also told I could use my medical flex spending account for paying for services. I have been unable to get Med Studio to send me invoicing that will be sufficient for Insurance submission or for invoiced claims with WageWorks, the provider of my flex spending account. This has resulted in my medical account being frozen by WageWorks so I am unable to access funds to pay for other medical services with other providers. I have emailed staff detailing what I am looking for; they have not replied. Both my husband and I have called several times over the past few months and have spoken to the main office manager. We continue to hear that the invoicing is in the mail or that she doesn't have control over the invoicing so all she can do is "try". We received one set of invoices that did NOT detail services as we requested. At no point has anyone from the business called to explain what the delay is or to clarify what we are asking for. At this point this feels fraudulent. They have their money but are unwilling to provide what I need for insurance claims which they indicated they could provide as part of their service.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience regarding ***'s FLEX PLAN account and would like to help. MedStudio has submitted forms to *** based on info received from her. Requested forms for standard FLEX PLAN were mailed via standard USPS three times to address on file of Fairfield Road, Brooklyn Park on 03/05/18, 06/05/18 and 11/19/18. MedStudio received an email from *** on 11/26/18 @10:30 pm requesting additional assistance. Response was emailed to *** next morning 11/27/18 @ 9:37 am requesting letter of notification from FLEX PLAN to verify FLEX PLAN request details. No response from ***. Front Desk received phone call minutes before close of day on Friday, 12/30/18 before holiday weekend stating they were taking "this" to next level as *** didn't receive forms. MedStudio was closed for holiday Saturday-Tuesday. Forms for FLEX PLAN were once again mailed via USPS tracking #*** on Thursday 01/03/19 and confirmed delivered next day 01/04/19 @ 10:37 am. The same forms were also sent via FEDEX tracking #*** and confirmed delivery on 01/05/19 @ 9:36 am. Copies of forms for ***'s personal records along with tracking numbers sent were also emailed to *** on Friday 01/04/19 @ 1006 am. We'd be happy to submit FLEX PLAN forms on behalf of *** directly to her FLEX PLAN if she was willing to provide necessary FLEX PLAN contact info as requested on 11/27/18 via email. Again, we're sorry *** has experienced difficulties with her FLEX PLAN. It's our understanding that FLEX PLAN requirements are unique to each company. We'd be willing to contact her FLEX PLAN on her behalf. We'd like to help her.
