I have received a bill for $from Vision which includes a missed payment from December of I have asked numerous times at our regular HOA meeting for Vision to review my account as I know the payment for December has been madeI have emailed Vision and the president of my HOA board asking for assistance with the research of my missing paymentNone of my communication has resulted in a full audit of my account, instead I was told it is my responsibility of providing them with a proof of payment which I didI emailed copies of the money order stub to bothNo one has ever mention anything about a missing payment and I never received any type of communication for the management companyIt's been almost a year now and they now are saying I am missing a payment from December of 2015? This needs to be resolved as soon as possible

I am a homeowner in Club West and Vision Community Management has not responded to a request for an architectural improvement It was declined with no reason and I have exchanged emails trying to determine what changes would be needed with no response It has now been months I understand they are trying to maintain standards for the neighborhood but they have declined a modest improvement with no explanation I have witnessed other similar changes in other homes in the development to what I am proposing I don't understand the discrimination

The community manager assigned to our community had a bad attitude and doesn't do his job He refuses to get me in touch with someone on our Board on an issue of utmost importance and his attitude is if you don't like my answer too bad .I have literally watched Queen Palms dying for months and he doesn't careNo matter how many times I call him he acts like it is no big deal The damage already done is irreversible and he is just standing by and letting them get worse and worseNo excuse for these beautiful mature Palms to be allowed to die!!! They cannot be replaced!!! This is not the first issue with Vision Community ManagementI was a certified property manager and have owned other condos with HOAs and have never dealt with a company so incompetent and lacking in preserving homeowners property values than Vision Community Management

Vision is the property management company for my Homeowner's Association (HOA), Cooper CommonsCooper Commons utilizes homeowner complaint forms, where residents can notify the property manager of compliance issuesThe HOA also has a schedule of fines in place for homeowners who do not resolve compliance issuesThe property manager is contractually required to follow the enforcement schedule
There have been two residents on my streets with chronic violations of HOA rulesOne resident violated the same rule for year, and the other has been violating the same rule for yearsDuring the period of non-compliance, I have submitted one to two resident complaint forms per month, which the property manager is required to take action on, but both issues have persisted
I contacted multiple individuals at Vision on multiple dates, to inquire why these issues persisted with the system of notifications and fines the HOA is required to utilize, but no single individual has responded

I have not received a billing statement for "flood insurance"However, I have received a demand notice (fine), with amount of $I have called the customer services number for the association, and informed them that I have never received any bill for the required insurance fee, and I am not in any way objecting to pay the required my insurance billHowever, I am liable to pay the "fine" because I was never received a bill in a year

I own a townhouse at Hacienda del Rio which is managed by Vision Community Management
The property has a flat roof that is not covered my the HOAdue to some chicken wire that has been put in mine and several of my neighbors drain pipes I have received extensive damage to my roof and inner walls
when I contacted Vision about this they explained that they never authorized the wire in the drain pipes and would not be responsible
my property is a two story and not easily accessiblethe roofer explained that due to this added obstruction my warranty is considered void and I now need to pay for a new roof, drywall and painting work

They don't return phone calls, send you to voice mail that are full and wonder why people are upset with them The sent me a bill from about drip line repairs Per our HOA we are to be given notice and time to fix the issue I do not recall I was given notice that I had a leak to fix Also, billing from back in 2017, really

I have been living in my home for about two years and have always had a hard time getting ahold of the hoa rep It seems like every time I call I get a voicemail I was told that they have to respond within hours so they take their time to return your call Another thing is the parking situation I have a truck that got towed from the front of my house because the parking permit was expired I was never advice that I had to get a new permit I just woke up one morning and my truck was gone The communication is very poor

I am currently a renter at Summerfield and I have feel I am being targeted and harassed by an employee at Vision mgmt named Erandi C***She is extremely rude ans very unprofessional and I do not understand her way
of businessI have had several things at my property since the beginning on May and prior to that and all of sudden she wants to fine me for themShe is extremely rude to my landlord and likes scare my children when she comes to my residenceI have called her supervisor Michelle and left over messages and no return callI am trying to get these issues resolved but no one will call me back or speak to me

This company seems to be more interested in making money than supporting homeowners
My community manager said she sent me a violation notice, that I never receivedWhich is odd because I have received every other HOA notice, to include a 2nd violation notice AND A letter from an attorney’s office saying I over $for a violation (attorney’s letter was DATED THE DAY AFTER I received the 2nd notice!) The community manager did not allow me the days to respond to the 2nd notice, as stated in the notice, before getting the attorney involved with a $fineYou would think if the violation was important enough to get an attorney involved, Vision Community Management would have send the 1st and 2nd notice certified mailed or maybe attempted to give me a call or emailWhen I received the 2nd notice I immediately contacted Vision Community Management and gave the community manager Proof I was in Compliance from the date, but Vision refused to acknowledge their mistakeWhen I asked legitimate questions, they refused to answer and turned around and charges me another $in fines claiming they were “Gathering facts and law”
I was so fed up with Vision that I decided to sell my condoWhen I was in escrow, the title company told me I had a violation for a door I installed that was APPROVED by Vision years priorThe Resale Demand notice said, “patio half door was not approved - thing will need to be changed to the original style door” After going back and forth refusing to install another door they finally agreed to work with the new owner to change the door at Vision’s expense because they made the mistake of approving a door that was not an “aesthetic appeal of the community” Clearly, this greedy company is all about the money and not about the homeowners or community and I think all the reviews on *** and *** would support that

The HOA collects money and sets rules for residentsWhen residents call and ask the HOA to enforce the rules, the HOA acknowledges problem and claims to do something but doesn'tMore recently the HOA has stopped responding to calls and emails about complaintsThis HOA sets rules but does not enforce them causing the property values to lessen and creating safety issues on the streetsThey continue to collect HOA fees but do nothing with the money, the office is almost an hour away-how can a management company manage a property when it is so far away? I feel that this property management company is in breach of contract because they are not enforcing their rules I bought a home on what I thought was a nice street and it looks like a used car lot, the HOA does not seem to care as they have done nothing about it

This company is the worst not only their job but with customer serviceWhen I moved in I was told by the inspector to contact thwm to trim a tree next to my property and they never went so my husband had to do their job that WE pay them for.They have recently increase their fee but yet they don’t do their jobI have call and emailed numerous times to have them clean the front yards and they are yet to go get back to me or go cleanThe street light were off and it was pitch dark outside, it literally took the over a week to fix after contacting themI’m over this!! It’s ridiculous and not fair how month to month we’re throwing out money down the toiletA few days ago they painted all the sides or the private streets red so no one could park in front of their house which is obnoxious! If it was dificult finding a parking space I’m feomr of my house now it’s imposible because you have other neighbors trying to find a place to parkThis needs a resolution ASAP!!!

Really hard to get ahold of and no one seems to call you back. Have been leaving voicemails for days!!!
