The last time we tried to order diabetic supplies for my wife, we were told by medtronic that our insurance wouldn't allow us to place an order until she had 10 days of supplies left. So, we have waited until she has 10 days left and now medtronic tells us that it will take 14 days to process the order. They also requested records from us and the doctor before they can process the order. Once every record was submitted they said it would take 24 hours for that to get put in their system. My wife is now completely out of her diabetic supplies, the records still haven't been processed, and now medtronic wants another form filled out and processed before they can ship the order because my wife hasn't seen the doctor in 90 days. Why couldn't they tell us this to begin with? Also, every time I call medtronic I am made to speak with someone different, even though I request to speak to the same person I previously dealt with. I get told the same thing each time, that it takes 24 hours for records to process, to call back the next day, and when I call back I'm given the same excuses and told to call back later. MY WIFE IS DIABETIC AND NEEDS HER SUPPLIES! THEY'RE PLAYING WITH MY WIFE'S LIFE!
