Medulla

Review: I bought a lifebooker deal for Medulla on [redacted] for a haircut for $45. They also had on lifebooker a deal for $65 for single process color but when I called the salon they said that I shouldn't buy it on lifebooker. They will just mark it down in there book that I called and I'll pay $65 when I get there for my cut and color. On the phone, they did not mention that their is a possibility of it being more expensive depending on my hair thickness. When I got to the salon they charged me an extra $10 for the color because they said that I have "thick" hair. This was after I had already cut off 10 inches. So in total I paid $75. If I hadn't decided to cut off 10 inches, they would have charged me around $40 extra without telling me in advance. I re-read the lifebrooker deal a few times and no where in the fine print does it say anything about extra charges depending on hair type.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the extra $10 I had to spend.

Sometimes color services do incur additional charges in regards to hair length and thickness. All clients are made aware of these charges after an in-person consultation with a colorist and before any services are performed. In this particular instance, our client was contacted and the $10 refund she requested was processed.
