I am rejecting this response because: even though the Tech came back and redid the tub the finish it is still not smooth
There was no follow up on the work re-done by the owner nor responses to my calls when there were two additional no show appointments I ended up reaching out directly to the tech to coordinate the rework appointment I feel like my tub beforehand was much better than it is now I’ve never had a tub refinished before and it has been an awful experience
