We received the Revdex.com complaint as well as the customer's mailed letter and information on the same day, last Friday, 9/12/ Our manager spoke with Mr*** Friday afternoon A meeting was set up for the technician to meet with Mr*** at his home on Saturday morning After that
meeting, we arranged with Mr*** to come out Monday (today) morning and repair the lawn Mr*** was also told NOT to pay the billing he received We waived that for the trouble We will need to wait at least three weeks for the seed to germinate We have a followup service call scheduled to check the lawn the first week of October
