As a company that has been around for almost years, our service, and response to our customers is our first priorityWe were of course dissapointed to hear that Ms [redacted] was unhappy w/ the levels of service we had provided, and have worked diligently to make sure that her expectations have been met, and put systems in place to ensure that this type of customer experience is avoided in the futureOnce we received the complaint, we reached out to have our quality control leader schedule an appointment to inspect the project to see what was needed to ensure that the project was completed to Ms [redacted] expectations.With collaboration from both Ms [redacted] , and a tradesman representing her, we identified a solution that involved our install team coming out and fastening an additional layer of an application specific poly netting that would provide an additional level of protection against the customer's concerns of the insulation material not staying in place in the bays of the underfloorIn addition to the install provided by our team, we ensured that Ms [redacted] employee was compensated for all time spent on his end handling, and working through the insulation project.On behalf of our entire team, we apologize for the service shortcomings initially experienced, and appreciate Ms [redacted] patience through-out the projectWe are extremely pleased to hear that the install is now completed to her satisfaction
