Meeks Auto Haus

Computer has been tampered with in the vehicle, faulty wiring, smells of burning and our paperwork does not match up with the prices we were given.My family and I were involved in a car accident on august 1st 2013. When we settled with the insurance company we had 48hours to return the rental car. We pulled together everything we had for a downpayment on one at meeks auto haus in the[redacted] area, we had to have a vehicle asap due to having to go back and forth to apts. after the accident and to transport our disabled daughter. We have only ever purchased one other car so when we bought this one we thought we were getting a deal. First we were told it was $8995 then after reveiwing our paper work later it is over $11000 we were told our payment was going to be under $300 when we recieved the paper work through [redacted] finacial we were shocked to find it was $385 a month. A few days after we purchased the vehicle it started acting up we took it to the cheverolet dealership in [redacted] nc and were told the computer had been tampered with and it can take upwards of $2000 to fix the vehicle we have been back and forth with the dealer the speed odometer and the dash lights will come and go and sometimes it smells of wires burning, but we have had no success with the dealer. I have been struggling to get back and forth to the doctors after our accident and I am currently 10days behind on my payment when I spoke to [redacted] to make a payment arrangment they said that they have put my vehicle up for repossion which baffled me. I looked them up online to see what I could find and they seem to not be a legit company a blank webpage that says [redacted] and has a white rock at the top. I am at my wits end I don't know where to turn I do not want a repo on my credit and I am willing to pay and be stuck with this dangerous vehicle. Please Help!!!!Desired SettlementWe initially wanted our vehicle fixed with a warranty and to pay the price we were told when signing our paper work. $8995 not $12000. But I am so frustrated right now I would really just like to return it with a full refund and it not go on our credit. That way we can just go put the down payment we paid on it towards a safe vehicle for our family.
